Today, Griffin played in his very 1st baseball tournament EVER in competitive baseball. He was so excited for the Fall season to start! They played at 2:50 vs Swing Check our of Jackson. We lost 28-6. Griffin played 3rd base and had a really great throw at 1st for an out! He had a pop up and a really good hit that dropped over the 1st baseman’s head. Then, we played at 4:00 vs TN Smokies. We lost 26-19. Griffin had the 1st 4 RBI’s in the game on a HR hit to the fence. He finished the day with a HR, Double and Triple! Pretty good offensive start! He played left field in the 2nd game and had a great throw to 2nd base for the OUT!
