Christmas Eve

Christmas eve is always a special night and one filled with many traditions and lots of excitement! This year, we had family arrive about 3:30 for dinner and then we enjoyed a candlelight service at GBC. We were thrilled to have my mom, Mike and Dianne join us. After a wonderful dinner and church service, we were home to open the 1st gift of Christmas. Its tradition for the kids to open a new set of Pjs for Christmas! We read the Christmas Story from The Bible and the children's book-A Night Before Christmas. The kids got Santa's cookies ready and placed Reindeer food on the lawn before bedtime. The boys started a new tradition this year, they slept together in Griffin's bed. Griffin was a little nervous this year that Santa would come into his room, so bedtime was stalled but big brother stepped up and they were fast asleep in minutes. Them, Mike and Dianne spent the night with us.

It was a FUN Christmas and Santa was so good!

Santa brought Griffin a new bike, a car inside a spinning wheel and a Batman Lego

Santa brought Caroline a new baby stroller with doll, a soccer backpack and a make-up bag

Santa brought Taylor a corn hole game, a new lego and a remote control helicopter
