Today has been beautiful outside! We started the day at Kroger picking up a few things for lunch on the patio! Caroline and I floated in the pool. It was so relaxing- Trey taught Taylor how to use the weed eater! What an experience, but Taylor did great. Griffin is at Greer’s Ferry with Malachi enjoying the lake life! Tonight we plan to grill out hamburgers ! Fun times and pretty weather☀️
Griffin caught 4 pop flys this wknd, had 1 double and many stolen bases. I absolutely love how well he runs the bases and how he has mastered his sliding into the bag! Here are some pictures from the wknd at Snowden (played off campus at Greenbrook Park). Griffin played in the championship game for the 2nd wknd in a row! The Dragons played EBC- Britt. We were winning 7-1, 7-4, then they came back 7-7. We held them with our defense and ended up winning 8-7.
Taylor and Caroline started their summer break with a day at the orthodontist! Taylor got his braces off and Caroline got her braces on! Here are some pictures of the exciting event!

We are so thankful that it’s the last day of school! We survived masks and social distancing this year, plus no cafeteria. I am so proud of my kiddos. Here is to 4th, 7th and 9th! Time to celebrate summer!
The boys both played an amazing weekend of baseball! I finally got to see one of Taylor’s Tigers games at USA Stadium- that place is nice. Trey and Griffin joined up with us after G’s game was over. In Griffin’s early Sat morning game, we played a team from Huntsville and killed them. He hit the ball hard and played a super game. I immediately left Snowden and Griffin stayed with his team. I rushed to Gaglino Fields for the end of T’s game. They beat the Yalabousha Giants. After the game, I took Luke and Taylor to lunch at Zaxby’s then we headed out to Millington for the boys game at USA Stadium! Trey and Griffin arrived mid-game and we enjoyed cheering for Taylor. They lost to a good team from Warner Robbin, Ga. back to our house for dinner at home! Griffin won both his games and Taylor went 1-1.Sunday was a new day of baseball. I took Griffin for his 11:30 vs TN smokies. Griffin started in right field and caught a pop fly, then he his a double and rounded the bases with his amazing slide he has perfected! He came in to pitch and got out of bases loaded! They continued to play; beating Batter Box and then in the championship game we came up short after leading most of the game. Griffin had an amazing wknd

Tonight we celebrated Taylor and his accomplishments in Middle School. He has had some outstanding years, made excellent grades and enjoyed sports! He made the National Honor Society and participated on Student Government! We are extremely proud of him! After the ceremony at GBC, we came back to the house for Bundt cakes and ice cream!
Griffin got to enjoy his 1st BCS Field Day- Big Top was the theme! He really enjoyed himself and had lots of fun!
