Taylor’s Last Championship Sunday

Taylor played at Arlington High for his game at 1:00. It was so hot, but we beat The Cardinals out of Brighton, Tn. Taylor had some amazing catches and scoops at 1st! We won 8-2.

Back to Gameday for our 5:00 Championship game vs Batters Box(against many BCS boys: Aiden McCrady, Grant Brantley, Chase Koeing). Taylor got a T-R-I-P-L-E in the championship!

Taylor’s Last Tournament as a Dragon

Taylor’s team played in the State Tournament at Gameday! There are 5 teams in the bracket. They played the Batters Box and Dragons 14 AA today. We won both games. Taylor was on the bump in the early game...he went 3 innings and got the final strikeout out to win the game(a runner on 1st and 3rd). He got a super hit to outfield that he blasted but the centerfielder caught it! Then, in the afternoon game, he picked up an RBI! We are the #1 seed going into tomorrow! Go Dragons

Summer’s Graduation Wknd

We left Friday mid-day and headed to Nashville for the weekend! Trey and Taylor stayed back for baseball, and Grammie didn’t make the trip due to Covid. We hung at the hotel a few hours and then Summer came over. We visited up til dinner time...we headed to Brentwood for dinner. We met Garrett and Chip at Firebirds- Chip nought our dinner. Back to the hotel and we watched tv- bed about 10pm. Up about 8:30 that morning, we sat on the bed and watched Summer’s graduation virtually via computer!  We headed out about 10:00 and had a small rice now at Chipotle! Then, we killed some time and met Summer and Chip at Noddles-n-Company, where Summer has worked a few years! Griffin said they have the best Alfredo noodles! The best part of the trip was Summer’s tour of Centennial High and downtown Franklin. We enjoyed some ice cream too.

Day 5 of the Beach- Championship Game

We woke this morning and met The McGee’s at their condo. We enjoyed the beach and sitting under umbrellas! The kids enjoyed the beach and the lazy river! We enjoyed lunch at Fishers with them too! We walked around the marina. We headed to the ballpark for our 7:00 start bs The KC’s Athletics. (Played 3x). We won 10-1. Here are some pictures of the day!

Day 4 at the Beach- Game 4

Today we woke and headed to LuLu’s for an early lunch! After lunch, we headed back to the condo to change and prepare for the game. We played Team Freedom from Oklahoma! We won in a great come back! We headed to a local hamburger place called Shockley’s! Back for the 2nd game of the day VS KC’s Athletics! It was a pretty night...game time was 7:00pm. We came out and played great...we won 6-3. After the game, we met The McGee’s at Matt’s Ice Cream! We got back about 9:30 to the condo-the kids were all in bed by 10:00.

Beach Pictures -Summer 2020

We enjoyed some beach pictures after Taylor’s afternoon game! Following the pictures, we headed over to Phoenix 10 to hang out with the Dragon team. We got separated from Griffin, but he did a super job and we were reunited. We left at 9:30 and enjoyed ice cream,then back to our condo for bed.
