Ripkin Exp.- Day 4 Game 1

This game at 9:00 would end up being our last game at Pigeon Forge. We were proud of the boys for making the Gold Bracket, but we ended up losing 12-4 to the LA Empire. The positive part is that this was a really good team and they made it to the championship game, but lost. Here are some pictures below of the ring ceremony after the loss.

Day 3

We played our last game of the day vs the Carolina Teal at 1:30. They were a pretty big team and looked great. Their coach actually won the dance competition at the Opening Ceremony.  He was kinda a fiery guy, so it was nice to beat him and a good team. Tyler pitched the whole game and we all were so proud of his performance. Taylor had a huge at bat scoring one on 3rd base, Taylor brought him in on his sac fly to break the tie. Day 3, Taylor kinda started slumping on his hitting, so this was a big hit.

July 1-6, 2018

Ripkin Exp.-Day 2- Game 2

We came back to the ballpark for our 2nd game of the day. We played at 12:30 vs JTB Tigers-Michigan. Taylor was the starting pitcher and he lasted the whole game. He surrendered 1 run on 3 hits over 4 innings, striking out one and walking one-great job!

Ripkin Exp.-Day 2-Game 1

We started Day 2 bright and early with an 8:oo game vs Nola Bandits. Taylor got 1 great hit and it was a beautiful rope to the fence and he got a TRIPLE. The Dragons won 6-4. Caroline and Molly sang "Take Me Out To The Ballgame!" This was a really fun game and win. After this win, we went with The McGee's to Cracker Barrel. Taylor enjoyed a salad only.
